Comprises of seven artists living and working in the eastern region of the United Kingdom. BRIDGET HERIZ
JUDITH LOCKIE
Works as a printmaker and painter having trained in UK and Japan. She has travelled widely, giving workshops in Japanese woodblock printmaking, and exhibiting internationally. The work represents a journey - in woodblock prints, drawings and painting. Each work a step on the journey, in joy, humour, sadness, and life.

TONY CASEMENT
Casement's strong and exciting non-figurative paintings convey a world of contrasting emotions from joy and sorrow, elation and depression, chaos and control. Each painting reveals dramatic textures by using raw materials such as peat and sand. His finished work is accessible, instantly opening up a visual dialogue with the audience.

MARIANNE KOBY JOHNSON
Paintings of sea and landscapes painted on wood. Abstract collaged compositions, using eroded recycled materials and organic fragments, on themes of transitoriness and fragility. Lives and works in Great Britain. Many exhibitions in East Anglia, with regular shows at Peter Pears Gallery, Aldeburg, Suffolk. In 2002 had work selected for the "Discerning Eye" exhibition, London, and the "Darkened World" exhibition, Britten-Pears library. Also writes poetry.

BRIDGET HERIZ
Bridget Heriz exhibits a group of figurines modelled in clay or polyester putty. Steeped in mythological reference, these solid little characters avoid the trappings of conventional beauty to display a lively exuberance, and often, humour.

ESMOND BINGHAM
Makes constructions, mostly in transients sheet materials such as paper and card. Naum Gabo and the Constructivist movements were an early influence, however temperament, mischief, disquiet, humour and restlessness, among other human characteristics, now unsettle this structural foundation. By focusing close-up on humble details and effects of light these drawings invoke an almost theatrical atmosphere, where an awareness of time and "sensation of being there" may become of more interest to the viewer than the subject itself.

GARY WORNELL
Born in 1952 - Canadian - Resident in Finland. Staffordshire University School of Art and Design, Multidisciplinary. B.A.Hons Ceramics. Main awards: Crafts Council of Great Britain; New Craftsman's Award; Inax design Prize for Europeans. Three months working in Japan. Solo exhibitions: Aldeburg, London, Haag, Colchester, Norfolk, Edinburg, Hamburg, Quest, Tokyo, Japan.

LINDSAY HARRIS
By focusing close-up on humble details and effects of light these drawings invoke an almost theatrical atmosphere, where an awareness of time and the "sensation of being there" may become of more interest to viewer than the subject itself.
