В Центральном музее связи имени А.С.Попова подготовлен курс лекций на тему: «Всемирный почтовый дизайн», рассказывающий об основных художественных стилях, таких как неоклассицизм, эклектика, модерн, Ар деко, функционализм-конструктивизм и других, повлиявших на оформление почтовых документов. Курс рассчитан на широкий круг посетителей. Лекции читает искусствовед, переводчик, член Международной ассоциации искусствоведов - Дьяченко Андрей Петрович.

Richard Morin was born in Quebec City in 1963. Studies Scenography at the Ecole nationale de Theatre in Montreal from 1984 through 1988. Workshops at the Atelier International de Maquillage in Paris (1987-1988), at the Ecole Nationale superieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris in Drawing (1988-1989) and at the Opera of Paris in Stage Painting. He worked for numerous artistic productions, theater shows, circus shows, dance shows and television sets, creating make-ups, puppets, painted textiles, as well as scenographies for the Cirque du Soleil (1990, 1993, 1994), the Theatre de l`Oeil in Montreal (1990, 1992-1997), the Grands Ballets Canadiens of Montreal (1989, 1990), the Theatre Guichet Montparnasse in Paris (1988) and for a show held in Hawaii, Maui Island (1998-1999). Solo exhibitions were held at the Galerie d`art in Outremont (1997) and at the Galerie Simon Blais in Montreal (2000). He also took part in group shows at the Galerie d`art l`Autre Equivoque in Ottawa (1997), at the Galerie Simon Blais (1997, 2000), at the Dorota`s Choices Exhibition in Montreal (1999, 2001), at Ingram Gallery in Toronto (2002) and at New York`s Works on Paper Art Fair (2000, 2001, 2002). He has received grants from both the Quebec Cultural Affairs ministry and the Quebec Arts Council. www.richardmorin.com
