В Центральном музее связи имени А.С.Попова подготовлен курс лекций на тему: «Всемирный почтовый дизайн», рассказывающий об основных художественных стилях, таких как неоклассицизм, эклектика, модерн, Ар деко, функционализм-конструктивизм и других, повлиявших на оформление почтовых документов. Курс рассчитан на широкий круг посетителей. Лекции читает искусствовед, переводчик, член Международной ассоциации искусствоведов - Дьяченко Андрей Петрович.

Christoph Noebel

Born 28 April 1956 in Bonn, Germany;
polio at age two in El Salvador causing physical disability;

lived for longer periods in Germany, Washington DC and London; 1976-1980 studies at the London School of Economics, awarded the BSc(Econ) and MSc;

apart from an active involvement in political campaigns and protest movements (1976-1991), continued research at the LSE and also worked in film-making, music promotion and as freelance computer programmer;

1986-1998 worked as an economist and financial analyst at a German investment bank in London;

March 1998, decided to focus solely on his work as an artist;

in 2001, created art space 'garage 32' to collaborate and exhibit with other artists

The interest and focus on abstraction with narrative and symbolic features continues to the present day, culminating in the development of new techniques and the concept of R.A.T. (“Recovery And Transformation”);
the latter provides the body of work with a unique context and identity.

In addition to the efforts of moving forward the technical frontiers of the collage, the work aims to address conceptual and social concerns through the creation of both, thought-provoking and aesthetic images.
